Coronavirus Update

We know that much of our MiniBrew community has been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic. The world feels like it’s a scary place at the moment and more and more of us are finding our daily routine has shifted quite a lot, in ways that may well have seemed unimaginable just a few months ago.

These are challenging times and our heartfelt thoughts and best wishes go out to all of those affected. We’re especially thankful for the men and women who are working around the clock to help fight the spread of the virus and make it possible for many of us to access vital services.

The health and well being of our loved ones and you, our MiniBrew community is more important than ever right now.

In recent days, the MiniBrew team has spent quite a lot of time figuring out how we can best support you; whether you’re one of the hardworking staff on the front line of the fight against this pandemic or, have retreated to the safety of your home with your loved ones, isolated from your usual routine.

What we’re doing

It goes without saying that, along with all of you, MiniBrew is taking the situation seriously and closely following government advice. For the health and safety of the whole team, we have switched to remote working. This means everyone can stay at home and limit social interactions as well as spend time with their loved ones in these challenging moments.

In order to assist our team and our customers the best we can, we have adjusted our customer support hours a little to reflect this temporary shift. 

Our new hours are Mon-Fri: 9-5pm CET, Sat/Sun 10-2pm.

We are committed to functioning as normal and being here for all of our customers but, please be aware there may be some unavoidable delays.

Due to travel bans, blockages at borders and reduced transport links, there may be some issues with deliveries, especially if your shipping address is outside of the Netherlands. We would ask you to please bear with us if this happens and know that we are doing all we can to get your products to you as quickly as we can.

How we can help

Travel and leisure options may be sadly curtailed for the time being but, things will get better. We are all in this together and, if you’re making the best of the situation by experimenting with some new brews, we’re here to help!

We’d love to share any tips or advice we can so if you have a question, hit on a great recipe you want to share with other MiniBrewers or simply want to say hi during this period of isolation, we’d love to hear from you. Reach out by phone or email or start a message thread on our social media channels. Together, our community is strong and can lift and support each other through the harder moments.
