In the past weeks, we have been super busy with the shipment of products from our new warehouse to you and planning the next container shipment of batch 5.

Shipping Update (Batch 3 + 4)

In the last week of September and the first week of October two container ships arrived in the harbour of Rotterdam.  The second generation of products (batch 3 +4)  passed the Dutch customs without any problems. Our delivery team has spend lots of time in the warehouse lately. In the last weeks, our warehouse is processing hundreds of orders, including all orders outside the EU, such as the UK, Switzerland and Norway. These orders require more time due to the extra paper work that's required.

If you haven’t received yours yet, please know that we’re working very hard to have you brewing very soon!

Shipping Update (Batch 5)

Our manufacturing team completed the production for 250 CRAFT, CRAFT Pro, and CRAFT Pro+ end of September. The majority will be shipped to Europe and the remaining orders to countries, such as Australia, India, Thailand, and others.

In the September business update, we mentioned that the container would arrive in October. Unfortunately Evergolden, the shipping company, gave us an update that there was a delay in the shipping route between Europe and China. This forced us to find another ship and spot on the short term. We managed to find another option. You can follow the boat by entering Ever Golden 1160-016W at Marinetraffic.com or any other tracking system.

Right now, the boat has left the harbour on October 21th and arrives and expected to arrive November 11th in Rotterdam. We’re expecting the shipment to reach our warehouse mid November and we’ll do everything we can to have it delivered to you around the end of November. This ensure you can drink your own beer before the holiday period.

Warehouse Update

In September, we switched warehouses to improve the fulfillment process. In the last weeks, we've been automating the process between our shop and their warehouse system. When the connection is finished, every 30 min an order can be picked up. This will be improvement.

We've been shipping lots of products in order to clear our backlog. In case you haven't received your order yet, please know that we're working hard and that you'll receive your order very soon!
